Authorized organization
The person accepting these terms represents that they are authorized to act for the organization. Organization administration applies only to identities owned by that organization and never grants access to a user's separate personal PearaByte account.
Managed accounts
The organization may create managed usernames, assign age classifications, roles and product seats, suspend access, revoke sessions, and issue one-time setup or password-reset links. Administrators cannot retrieve users' existing passwords or use organization authority to control unrelated personal product data.
Compliance setup
Required organization terms, privacy notices, data-processing terms and any education-use agreement must remain current before managed users or product access can be provisioned. PearaByte may require a new acceptance when a reviewed document version changes.
Purchased Neural Notes Pro seats
Organization Pro costs USD $2.99 per purchased seat per month, before any applicable tax shown at checkout. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. The organization owner controls purchases and billing; authorized organization administrators assign available seats to managed accounts. Membership or an administrator role alone does not include Pro. The personal Pro free trial does not apply to organization seats.
Stripe hosts payment collection, invoices and subscription confirmation. It displays the final charge, applicable tax and any proration before you confirm. Release assignments before reducing the seat count in the PearaByte panel. Changes made directly with the provider can leave some assignments outside paid capacity; administrators must resolve those assignments. Product use also follows the Neural Notes terms.
Cancellation and organization closure
The owner can open payments, invoices and cancellation from Seats & billing, including after paid access ends. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Expiry, unpaid capacity, refunds, disputes, suspension or missing requirements can restrict cloud access. Removing a seat does not automatically erase stored notes or copies already held on devices.
Organization owners and accounts required for organization audit history must contact PearaByte support for managed account closure or ownership changes. Deleting a personal account does not cancel an organization's separate subscription.
Minor users
Organization authority is not a generic age bypass. Under-13 managed accounts are unavailable at initial launch. Any supported teen access still requires current organization compliance, product permissions and applicable authority. Non-overridable product or content age floors still apply.
Security and acceptable administration
Administrators must protect their credentials, use only authorized organization data, assign the minimum access needed, and promptly suspend or remove accounts that should no longer have access. Do not create misleading organization identities or use managed accounts to evade product, legal or platform restrictions.

Regional requirements and privacy choices
Account and cloud availability, age requirements, required residence information and parent or school authority depend on the product and applicable country/state rules. An available country selector is not an announcement that account services or purchases have launched there. Our stated launch offering remains in effect until we announce an additional region.
Terms acceptance establishes the applicable service agreement. A privacy acknowledgment confirms that the notice was presented; it is not blanket consent for optional processing or permission to collect a child's data. Where processing requires a separate consent, that choice must concern the stated purpose and can be withdrawn. Purchasing Pro, store parental permission or school sign-in does not provide that separate authority.
You can contact support@pearabyte.com about applicable access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability or consent-withdrawal rights and help with a privacy complaint. This includes Mexico's applicable access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO) rights. Rights and response requirements depend on the applicable law. We verify identity or authority before disclosing another person's information; privacy help does not require Pro, a new purchase or acceptance of revised terms.
Organization authority applies only to its separate managed identity and approved service. School authority must cover the educational purpose and applicable jurisdiction; it does not authorize unrelated commercial use or access to a separate personal account. Published notices do not themselves establish a school's authority, an international transfer arrangement or age verification.
