Organization information
We process organization name, type, declared country and region, product access, current compliance versions, administrator identities, and organization audit history to provide managed-account services.
Organization subscriptions
For purchased seats we keep the organization and product identifiers, requested and verified seat quantities, checkout request identifiers, Stripe customer/subscription/invoice references, payment status, paid-through date and subscription revision. We use these records to prevent duplicate purchases, verify paid capacity, reconcile cancellations or reversals, and provide billing management. Organization administrators can see seat usage; only the owner can open Stripe billing management through PearaByte.
Managed-user information
Managed accounts may include a username, display name, optional email, organization role, product role or seat, status, and the minimum age classification required by policy. Exact date of birth is not collected for organization-managed users by default.
School and minor accounts
Education organizations must meet current requirements for their approved educational service. Under-13 school-managed accounts are not offered at initial launch. School authorization is scoped to the approved educational service and does not authorize unrelated commercial use or access to a student's separate personal PearaByte account.
Personal-account boundaries
School/work identity, organization roles and assigned product seats remain separate from personal identity. Organization administration cannot retrieve passwords or read a separate personal account. A provider domain or school sign-in alone does not establish education authorization. Product content access, if provided, follows the product contract and assigned service permissions.
Administration and audit
Organization administrator actions such as account creation, suspension, password reset, MFA reset, role changes, product assignment, compliance acceptance and session revocation are recorded in the organization audit trail.
Service providers and retention
PearaByte uses its hosting and transactional-email providers to operate the service. Stripe processes organization payments and hosts payment methods, billing details and invoices under its own privacy terms; card numbers and security codes are not stored by PearaByte. Organization records are retained while needed to provide the managed service, meet security and contractual requirements, resolve disputes, and honor deletion or termination obligations.
Requests and school contacts
Students and parents can contact their organization for records and educational-service questions, or contact PearaByte for help identifying the appropriate request route. We verify the requester and applicable authority before disclosing another person's information. Neither a paid plan nor access to a separate personal account is required.
Email support@pearabyte.com with the subject Privacy request. Tell us which product is involved and whether you want access or a copy, a correction, deletion, or help exercising another applicable privacy right. Include an account email if relevant and a way to contact you. You do not need a PearaByte account to raise a request, including about your information in another person's household or shared content.
A parent or guardian can contact us about a child's information, including review, deletion or stopping further collection. A household invitation alone does not establish parental authority. We may need to verify your identity or authority before disclosing or changing information. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, recovery keys, identity documents or private note, health or household contents with your initial request. If additional information is needed, we will explain what is necessary. Local exports do not include every server-held account or billing record.
The rights, exceptions and response deadlines that apply depend on the request and applicable law. If you disagree with our response, reply to request a review or an appeal where applicable. Contacting us does not waive your right to contact a regulator or use other legal remedies.

Regional requirements and privacy choices
Account and cloud availability, age requirements, required residence information and parent or school authority depend on the product and applicable country/state rules. An available country selector is not an announcement that account services or purchases have launched there. Our stated launch offering remains in effect until we announce an additional region.
Terms acceptance establishes the applicable service agreement. A privacy acknowledgment confirms that the notice was presented; it is not blanket consent for optional processing or permission to collect a child's data. Where processing requires a separate consent, that choice must concern the stated purpose and can be withdrawn. Purchasing Pro, store parental permission or school sign-in does not provide that separate authority.
You can contact support@pearabyte.com about applicable access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability or consent-withdrawal rights and help with a privacy complaint. This includes Mexico's applicable access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO) rights. Rights and response requirements depend on the applicable law. We verify identity or authority before disclosing another person's information; privacy help does not require Pro, a new purchase or acceptance of revised terms.
Organization authority applies only to its separate managed identity and approved service. School authority must cover the educational purpose and applicable jurisdiction; it does not authorize unrelated commercial use or access to a separate personal account. Published notices do not themselves establish a school's authority, an international transfer arrangement or age verification.
