Private testing
Neural Notes is currently in development and private testing. Features, availability, compatibility, and limits may change. Keep independent copies of important work; the service is not a substitute for a backup system. Public download availability and commercial plans will be described separately when offered.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials, devices, and Secure recovery material. Use only accounts and content you are authorized to access. If you need parental or guardian consent under applicable law, obtain that consent before using account services.
Your work and shared work
You retain your rights in content you create. By choosing cloud sync or sharing, you permit PearaByte and the necessary service providers to store, transmit, and process that content to operate those features. Share only material you have permission to share. A Neuron owner controls its membership and may remove access or delete the Neuron.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to distribute unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, harass people, send unsolicited invitations, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not bypass authentication, quotas, encryption controls, or other protections, or interfere with service operation.
Files are stored as data; accepting a file type is not a guarantee that the file is safe to open. Only save and open files you trust.
Access and deletion
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, legal obligations, or security incidents. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Deletion removes owned cloud data and shared access; it cannot erase copies already held by other people. The separate signed-out workspace remains under your control.

The privacy notice explains the service’s data handling. For account, content, or legal concerns, contact support@pearabyte.com. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. We will identify material changes here or communicate them through an appropriate account channel.
