Find account controls, app exports, subscription management and help with a privacy request.
Account & cloud data
Choose the account or app you want to manage. Account controls require sign-in; you can contact us about a privacy request without an account.
Privacy choices and subscriptions
These actions have different effects. Stopping sync, signing out or uninstalling does not delete cloud data or cancel a subscription.

PearStead: My household → Household archives provides local export. Cloud backups has separate snapshot deletion controls, including after Pro expiry. Household sync → Stop syncing on this device stops future synchronization; it keeps already shared cloud data. Barcode lookup and request alerts can be turned off in their app screens.
Neural Notes exports and Secure recovery
Settings → Advanced → Export data saves Standard notes and workspace data as JSON without requiring Pro. Secure Neurons are excluded. Stored attachment files are referenced rather than bundled into that JSON; save those files separately from each note's Attachments section. This export is not a complete portable backup of notes and files, and it does not include every account or billing record. Contact support for server-held account-data requests.
Secure recovery uses an encrypted account backup that the app decrypts with a separate Secure passphrase or an unused emergency recovery code; an enrolled device can also approve access. Support cannot decrypt Secure notes or restore their encryption keys. Keep the passphrase or unused emergency codes safe; recovering an account password does not recover Secure keys.
Both apps let you close an error dialog without sending a diagnostic report. Device permissions can also be managed in Android or iOS settings. Exported files and copies held by another household member or recipient require separate removal.
Neural Notes app usage statistics is off until you choose Share. Change Share usage statistics in the app's Settings; switching it off clears unsent feature flags. This is separate from website Cookie settings. See the Neural Notes privacy notice for fields, retention and aggregate limits.
Account verification, recovery, security and service messages are separate from optional promotional email. Contact support about unwanted messages; a request to stop promotions does not require deleting your account. Do not send passwords, recovery keys or unnecessary sensitive content in a privacy request.
