PEARABYTE ACCOUNT / DELETION

Delete your PearaByte account.

Permanently delete your PearaByte identity and connected product data. If you only want to clear Neural Notes cloud data, use Neural Notes My Account instead.

FULL ACCOUNT DELETION

Delete everything tied to this PearaByte identity

This removes your PearaByte account, sign-in methods, sessions and owned Neural Notes and PearStead cloud data. Website Stripe subscriptions are cancelled during full deletion. Cancel Google Play or Apple subscriptions in those stores first.

Delete only Neural Notes cloud data →

Delete only PearStead cloud data →

What this means

Full deletion removes the shared PearaByte identity and its sign-in methods, sessions, product bindings and supported product cloud data. Neural Notes-owned Neurons, notes, files, Secure ciphertext, device/key state and shared access are removed. PearStead households you own, their cloud records and snapshots, and your household memberships are removed. Content owned by another person stays with that owner.

What remains outside the account

Local/exported files, screenshots and copies already held on devices or by other people are not remotely erased. Security, provider and infrastructure records follow their own bounded retention. See the PearaByte privacy notice and Neural Notes privacy notice.
