Open Settings → Advanced → Export data to create a Standard workspace JSON export.
What the export contains
The Standard export contains supported note and graph data. It excludes Secure Neurons and stored attachment bytes. Save important images and files separately through each attachment's menu.
Save an attachment
Open the node's Attachments section, open the file's menu, and choose Save as. Choose a destination you control. Exported files are separate copies and must be protected or deleted separately.
Keep recovery separate
A Standard JSON export does not replace Secure recovery credentials. Prepare Secure recovery from Security while an enrolled device still has access.
