Local notes work without an account. Pro enables automatic sync for your account workspace across supported devices.
Connect your devices
- Sign in with the same PearaByte account on each device.
- Open Account to check Sync status. Storage shows your owner cloud usage.
- Make changes normally. When connected and eligible, the app syncs automatically. Sync now is available when there is eligible work waiting.
Offline changes stay on the device until a connection is available. Check for a successful sync before relying on another device to have your latest changes. Secure sync also requires that device to be set up under Security.
Share a Neuron
Use Sharing to invite another eligible Pro account. Both the sender and recipient need Pro and eligible 13+ accounts. Permissions determine which changes a recipient can make. Shared files count against the owning account's cloud storage.
Storage limits
The owner allowance is up to 1 GiB for cloud notes and files. Each attachment can be up to 5 MiB, with eight attachments and 40 MiB of files per node. Cloud sync is separate from an independent export and does not provide a browsable version-history feature.
