Free includes one Secure Neuron; Pro includes unlimited Secure Neurons. Secure content is encrypted on your devices. An account password reset does not recover Secure encryption keys.
Add a device
Open Security and follow Device setup. An existing enrolled device can approve another device. If the app's local data was deleted, the saved local device credentials were deleted too; signing in alone does not restore them.
Prepare recovery while you have access
On an enrolled device, create the encrypted account recovery backup and set its separate Secure passphrase. Save the one-time recovery codes when they are shown. The list is shown once; keep it somewhere private outside the app.
Recover using the Secure passphrase or an unused emergency recovery code. Enrolled-device approval remains another way to add a device. Recovery does not require a downloadable recovery file.
If credentials are lost
Support cannot decrypt Secure notes or recreate lost keys. Keep an enrolled device or a usable Secure recovery credential. Never send your passphrase or recovery codes to support.
